My nanna, the most beautiful women ever, I hope you are dancing up there and looking down on us all! It brings me peace knowing I was there holding your hand when you took your last breath. I will continue to miss you every single day, thankyou for being my nanna the best there was! I hope I can make you proud when my own little one comes along, he or she will hear about you and what a wonderful woman you were. I love you nanna sleep tight! Forever In my heart! Love your loving grandson Martin xxxx
