PatSPENCERSPENCER - PAT The family would like to thank relatives, neighbours and friends, old and new, for their kind thoughts, mass and sympathy cards and for their generous donations to Woodlands Hospice. Particular thanks to Pat's devoted friend Ron for all his support. Grateful thanks to Dr Hubbert, Liverpool Women's Hospital and Woodlands Hospice for their compassionate care of Pat during her illness. Sincere thanks to all those who attended the service to celebrate Pat's life and to Carole Codd and Alex for making the service so special. Thanks to Co-operative Funeral Care for their kind and helpful attention. Sadly, today would have been Pat's 81st birthday and it is a great comfort to know that Pat was loved and will be missed by so many. Sincere thanks to you all.
