Howard 'Howie'SPEIGHTSPEIGHT Howard 'Howie' Passed away peacefully in Castle Hill Hospital on 11th May 2021 aged 74. Devoted husband, father, grandad, brother, uncle and a friend to many. Howard will leave a void in many hearts. An ex-merchant seaman and firefighter, Howard had many hobbies and interests, including wildlife, the great outdoors and photography. The service for Howard is to be held on 5th June 2021 - a live stream will be available. No flowers please, but donations to Yorkshire Wildlife Trust in memory of Howard would be gratefully received. Howie, you are greatly missed!. It was a honour having met you. It was admirable your courage against adversity, great sense of humour and your passion for wildlife. Howard, wow you simply were the best. I always hoped that this day would not come. Your passion for wildlife, photography and so many other things was incredible. One of a kind! Thank you for always being there. Pain free now. I will miss you always. RIP x
