Devoted wife of the late John. Much loved mum to Carolyn, Paul, the late Philip and Patricia and step-mum to Anita. Cherished nana to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Phyllis will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Service at West Lancashire Crematorium on Wednesday 30th April 2025 at 1:00pm.
