Patricia HazelSOUTHWARDOn 3rd May 2024, Pat passed away peacefully, at the age of 89, surrounded by members of her family, whilst in the loving care of St Mary's Residential Home, Scunthorpe.
Loving wife to the late Joss, devoted mum to sons Kevin, Dane and Craig, beloved nanny to Luke, Oliver, India, Jade, William, Adrianna, Shaniya and Sienna. A much loved sister and sister-in-law. Pat will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Pat's funeral service will take place at St Peter's Church, Bottesford, at 12pm on Thursday May 30th, followed by a family burial service at Woodlands Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer's Society. There will be a donation box on the day of the funeral or donations can be sent direct to the charity.
Pat is resting peacefully at Wilson & Cooper Funeral Home, Ashby.
