Lovely dad, I'm afraid for once I'm not sure what to say because there are no words. I always knew this time would come one day. Missing you with all my heart. I might not show it, because that's what you and mum had, a wonderful strength of character. All my love, Sheila

MO OF CAMBRIDGE A TRUE LEGEND

Mo we have so many happy memories of our time with you and in your lovely warm and welcoming home in Cherry Hinton.
Your home was always open door to all family and friends who needed a helping hand through life's ups and downs including relatives from Kenya passing through or seeking a new life

We had such lovely memories of holidays with you and Sindy in your time share in Marbella ,Lanzarote, Tenerife, Goa India and more.

We spent lots of time at Cherry Hinton and your memory was amazing or all film stars and old Westerns you loved and watched over and over again, Particular those where the down trodden man rises up and sorts everybody out.( maybe this was you MO helping the underdog)
One time I said to you why do you keep watching the same Western Movies you must know what happens? You replied " I cant remember all the words" Classic Mo!!
You had a wonderful way of playing down any health issues if asked how is your vision you would say 2020 and hearing spot on Walking no problem and so on.
Rightly so you loved your 3 daughters and were so proud of them and the help and love they gave you.
The one thing I do remember so well is that wooden round solitaire game with marbles you left on the table because you knew I would spend hours and still not do it after 25 years of trying. I did do it once but you said it did not count because you did not see it, Drat

Wherever you go now Mo I am sure there will be plenty of Westerns to watch and just maybe you will meet Alan Ladd in person and not just Shane in the Movie.
But Sindy the love of your life will keep you in check

I was so sad to hear of Mo's passing. He's been my very lovely neighbour for 7 years, and we often to used to see each other in the garden and stop to say hello.

He was a lovely, gentle, sweet man. Always so proud of his three wonderful daughters, and never hesitated to praise them and say how lucky he felt that they took such good care of him.

I'll miss seeing you Mo. Sending much love to you and the family.
