with his family by his side,
on July 18th 2018, aged 57 years.
Dearly loved and deeply missed
by his Wife Katrina,
Daughters Keeda and Kayleigh,
Sons in law Phil and Scotty
and by his Grandchildren Tyler and Faye.
Funeral service to take place within the
West Chapel at Streetly Crematorium on
Thursday 9th August 2018 at 2.15pm.
