HazelSMOUTDennis, Kerry, Deb and family would very much like to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for all of their overwhelming messages, cards of sympathy, flowers and for their generous donations to Dementia UK and the Alzheimer's Society following the recent loss of Hazel, much loved wife, mum, nan and gran-gran. We would like to say how touching it was to see so many friends and family at the funeral service to say goodbye to Hazel. Special thanks to Heather Evans for her amazing celebration of Hazel's life and to Jayne and Racheal at Burton Co-operative services.
