Reunited with her loving husband John James Smitton (Jack), loving mum to Sonia, Dorothy, John, Edward, Malcolm, Yvonne, Carl, and Juliana, sons in law and daughters in law Bill, Tom, Michele, Carol, Pam, Lyn, Jeff and Mick. Nieces and nephews Rhona and Frank, Julia, Shona, Kev and families. A much loved nan, great nan and great great nan. Charlotte will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service and cremation to be held at St Helens Crematorium on Friday 18th October at 1pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research.
