Lucy Smith aged 87 years, the dearly loved wife of the late Graham, the much loved mum of Diane and Andrew, and a loving grandma of Jessica, Olivia and Eleanor.
Will friends please meet for service at Huddersfield Crematorium at 11.15am on Friday 29th August.
Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu of flowers if so desired would be appreciated for Age UK for which a donation plate will be provided at the service.
