Ruth MarionSMITHRuth Marion Smith formerly of Dingles. Beloved wife of Thomas Henry Smith (deceased). Loving mother of Tina, Tom and Andrew. Mother-in-Law to Mike, Sue and Dani. Will be sorely missed by all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral to be held on the 12th June at 10am at Weston Mill cemetery followed by a celebration of her 86 years at Weston Mill Oak Villa Social club. Mum requested bright colours to be worn and loved flowers (not wreaths). A retiring collection will be made for St Luke's Hospice (home care team) who cared for mum in her final days and were instrumental in getting her home.

I met Marion once at Dani and Andy's wedding, we sat together, I enjoyed our conversation, Marion was interesting, funny and warm hearted, truly a remarkable lady, my condolences go out to the whole family, her absence will leave a huge gap in their lives.
