Brian SydneySMITHPassed away peacefully in Queenscourt Hospice, aged 76 years. Loving Husband of Patricia, much loved Dad of Amanda, and the late Kevin, dear Father-in-law of Gary, dearly loved Grandad of Kim, Chris, Kasey, Leyla, Cole and Lily, and Great-Grandson Leighton, and a dear Brother of Jean. Funeral Service and Interment at Ormskirk Parish Church on Tuesday 5th September 2023 at 11.00am. Family flowers only by request, donations if so desired are being gratefully received for Queenscourt Hospice.
