Patricia (Pat)SMITHPeacefully on the 9th June 2023 with her loving daughters by her side, Pat aged 90 years. Beloved Wife of the late Eddie. A much loved Mum to Barbara, Beverley and Allison. Mother-in-law to Trevor, Howard and Tony. An adored Grandma to Jennifer, Emily, Dan, Tom, Lewis, Lucy and Elliott, Great-Grandma to Edward, Henry and Spencer. Also a friend to many. Pat will be sadly missed by all who loved her. She lived for those she loved, and those she loved remember. Funeral service to be held at St Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Tuesday 27th of June, at 9:45am. Friends please meet at the chapel. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Dementia UK. Retiring collection at the chapel.
