SamSMITHSuddenly on October 4th, Sam aged 23 years of Billingham. Much loved son of Alison and stepson of John, dearly loved brother of Jaymee and uncle of Myla, loving grandson of David and Pat also a dear nephew and cousin. Due to the current circumstances Sam's funeral will be attended by family and close friends only.
