WayneSMITHMichael passed away in Broomfield Hospital on 12th September 2018, aged 60. Beloved Husband and Father. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral Service at Chelmsford Crematorium on Monday 5th November at 2.30pm. Floral tributes or if preferred donations to Macmillan Cancer Support may be sent to T Pennack & Sons, Funeral Directors.
