SMITHOf Douglas Court Residential Home, passed away on May 6th 2002 at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary, aged 86 years, after a short illness. Beloved husband of the late Agnes and Dot, much loved father of Mavis and Mike, a dearly loved stepfather, very dear cousin to George and Clarice and a loved uncle.Funeral Wednesday May 15th, service 11.45am at Markeaton Crematorium.
