Passed away suddenly but peacefully at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary after a long brave battle with cancer with his three children by his side on February 26th 2009, aged 56 years. Dearly loved dad of Lewis, Kerry and Nicola, father-in-law to Mark, Mark and Tracey, grandad to Nial, Benjamin and Abbie. The funeral service and cremation will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Round Chapel) on Thursday March 12th 2009 at 9.40 am.
