DavidSLATER(Bedlington). The family of the late David would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the support and kindness, cards of condolence and donations received. Special thanks to the paramedics who attended, to all the staff on I.T.U. Royal Victoria Infirmary for all their care and to Neil Atkinson for a most comforting service.
