Kathleen MarySLACK(KATH) Marion, Carolyn, Angela, Sonia and Sharon would like to thank all family and friends who attended the Funeral of their mum, Kath. Thanks also for all the generous donations that will be passed to Macmillan Cancer Care. A big thank you goes to the District Nurses at Tudor Surgery who cared for Kath day and night. A special thanks to Graham and staff who worked hard to make it possible for our mum to have her last wish.
