Elaine ConspearlSIMPSONElaine, born in St Elizabeth, Jamaica, on the 9th June 1944, passed away peacefully, on the 20th June 2026, at her home in Thornton Lodge, with her loving family at her side, the beloved wife of, Leaton Simpson (better known as Billy) much loved mother to 2 Sons, Fitzroy and Williard, 4 Daughters, Karen (deceased) Lorna, Jenny and Jill, a proud grandma of 11 grandchildren and great-grandma of 12 great-grandchildren and a good friend to many.
A funeral service to celebrate Elaine's life will be held on Thursday 23rd July 2026 at Church of St John's the Evangelist, Birkby, HD1 5EA starting at 12:00 Noon, followed by burial at the Hey Lane Cemetery, Castle Hill, HD4 6TX.
