SylviaSIMMONSPassed away peacefully in her sleep on 30th April 2026, aged 91, surrounded by her loving family at Queen's Hospital, Burton.
A dearly loved mum to John and Pat, much-loved Grandma to Bex, Kate and Rowena, treasured Great Grandma to Jack, Luke, Jude, Evan, Eve and Drew, and a proud Great Great "Gangan" to Freddie.
Sylvia will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love, by her family and all who knew her.
Her funeral will take place at Bretby Crematorium, Cedar Chapel, on Friday 29th May at 12 noon. Sylvia requested no black, instead please wear turquoise, green or any bright clothing
Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, will be sent to benefit South Derbyshire CVS.
After the service, everyone is warmly invited to join the family to celebrate Sylvia's life at Woodville Box Club, 3 High Street, Woodville, Swadlincote, DE11 7EH.
