Herbert ArthurSILCOCKIt is with deep sadness we announce the death of Herbert Silcock (Snr). Herbert passed away peacefully at home on 20th January 2021 with his loving family around him. Aged 94 he was a devoted husband to his late wife Jane and loving father to Herbert, Pauline and Mark, proud Grandfather to Natalie, Serena, Nicola, Taryn, Caroline, Charlotte, and Emma. Great Grandfather to Jameson, Herbie, Scarlett, Remi, Gigi and Marcus and special father-in-law to Elizabeth, Carol, & Brian. Those we love do not go away, they walk beside us every day, may God take you and keep you in His care until we can be together again. Funeral arrangements: - Wednesday 10th February at 1.30pm Address: St James' Church, Lulworth Road, Birkdale, Southport, PR8 2BD. The funeral cortege will leave from Silcock's Funland at 12.45pm. Due to the imposed restrictions within the church, the family request anyone wishing to pay their personal respects are welcome to do so at the Pier Forecourt from 12.30pm. Family flowers only - any donations in Herbert's memory are being gratefully received for Queenscourt Hospice c/o FJ Gibb's Funeral Directors.
