Edith JoanSHELTONIt's with great sadness that we announce the passing of Edith Joan Shelton on Tuesday 21st July 2026, aged 96 years.
A much loved mum, nan, great nan and constant presence in our family throughout all of our lives.
She was the life and soul of any party, loving a sing song, a dance and to have fun.
She will leave a huge void in our lives and will be deeply missed.

Funeral service to be held at St Edmund's Church, Shelton Lock on Tuesday 8th September 2026 at 11.00am,
followed by the interment at Willington Cemetery.
Please wear black traditional funeral attire, as her wish was for a traditional funeral.
All flowers welcome, she loved flowers, especially roses, the family welcome anyone who wishes to send floral tributes.

Donations if desired are invited for Dementia UK. These can be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk
or may be given at the service.
