EileenSHAWof Monk Street, Accrington, passed away on September 15, aged 82. Eileen had her own business as a hairdresser in Accrington for many years. Eileen was described as a lovely lady, a good friend to many and someone people liked up to, she was a parishioner at St Andrews Church for many years and a member of the Lambrusco Ladies as well, she enjoyed knitting and crocheting in her spare time, going out for meals and socialising and spending time with family. Eileen was the wife of the late Lawrence Shaw, she leaves daughter Alison, son in law Phil, she also leaves grandsons Mark and Jack, and great grandson Vinnie. A service will take place on Tuesday, October 14 at 11am at Accrington Crematorium.
