Passed away peacefully on the 17th January 2026 aged 85 years.

Much loved Husband to the late Rosalind, loving Dad to Billy, Father-in-law to Denise and a Dear Grandad and Great- Grandad.

Please meet for funeral service at St Cuthbert's Church Bedlington on Wednesday 11th February 2026 at 1pm. Followed by Interment in Bedlington Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations gratefully received in aid of Dementia Care UK.

All welcome back to Ashington Cricket Club, opposite Ashington Train Station, following the service.

It is with sadness to here the passing of Bill. Worked with Bill from 1968 to 1986 at Ashington Central Workshops.There was a team of 4 draughstman, Bill being senior draughtsman then Maurice Harvey, Maurice Robinson and myself. Bill and l worked very well together never a fallout always in same line of thought regarding work issues. Fond memories of that time.
Sympathy to Bill Junior and all the family.
