JohnSCORERPeacefully in the Marie Curie Hospice on 24th February aged 80 years John dearly loved husband of Joan, dear dad of Emma, Martin and Angela, and a dearest father in-law and Poppa.

John will be sadly missed.

Service and Cremation at the West Road Crematorium Newcastle on Wednesday 18th March at 11.00am.

Friends please meet at the Crematorium.

No flowers please by request, donations in lieu for the Marie Curie Hospice.

Poppa, you were many things; an outstanding darts player, an avid reader, crossword puzzle extraordinaire, a human trivial pursuit. To me you were a company when I needed it. A driver to my swimming training and meets. A comedian who recited jokes and songs from the 1960s. The man to sing Mr Blue Sky and Boys are Back in Town to at the top of our lungs! Thank you for everything.
