JimSCHOLFIELDPassed away after a courageous fight against Parkinson's on 15th April 2015. He will be greatly missed by Janet and his sons Andy and Mark and his grandchildren James,Dan,Ella,Natalia and Coby. The funeral service will be held on 28th April at Chilterns Crematorium Amersham in the Milton Chapel at 1pm. All are welcome to attend. Donations in memory of Jim can be made, if desired, to Parkinson's UK or Cancer Research UK c/o H.C.
