Dad, I’ll miss you always — your good advice, your sense of humour, the funny stories you told, and all the memories of our times together in Scotland and the trips I’ve made to Yorkshire with my children over the years to see you.

I can’t imagine visiting Yorkshire without you there.

You’ll always be in my heart.

Ian was a truly special friend, and we feel so lucky to have known him since meeting him around five years ago at Foxholme. We always looked forward to our chats, listening to his wonderful stories and hearing his advice on life, motorbiking, and caravanning. He brought warmth, wisdom, and friendship, and his presence made Foxholme a happier place for all of us.

We are deeply saddened by his passing and are sending all our love, thoughts, and heartfelt condolences to his partner Irene and all his family at this very difficult time. Ian will be greatly missed, and Foxholme will simply not be the same without him. We take comfort in thinking of him up there as one of the brightest stars, watching over everyone alongside the very best of angels. Sarah & Matthew x

Grandad, we are all going to miss you. Thank you for all the wonderful memories. I’ll always cherish the times we spent playing in your garden as children, and the chats and stories we shared as I grew older. It was lovely to see you become such a good great‑grandad to Evelyn.

Rest Peacefully.

All our love Rebecca, Richard and Evelyn xxxxx
