I only met Pearl around 9 years ago and I was so nervous. I knew how much her Grandson meant to her and being his new partner I knew Grandma wanted the best for her Asti boy! I also knew that Aston held his Grandma in high regard and that she was a great judge of character. However there was nothing to be nervous about. I was met with such a warm welcome. Over the last 9 years I have grown such a bond with Grandma! She was such an inspiring role model that I can only pray that I can be half the woman she was. She made the most amazing food, gave the best advice and loved like no other. The love she had for our children Aston and Indie was so lovely to see and they loved her so much too. I never had a Grandma and I am so blessed to have been able to call Pearl Grandma! I am so glad that she’s able to be with her Frank again but we will miss them both so much! We will always do everything we can to make the both of them proud and we look forward to the day we see them in heaven. Amber xx
