Patricia AnneSALT(née Tomlinson) In loving memory of Trish, a wonderful wife, mum, sister, nanny and teacher for many years at Dunham-on-Trent Primary School. Died peacefully at home on 1st July. The funeral service will be held at All Hallows' Church, Ordsall on Friday 28th July at 10.30am. Forever in our hearts. Loved and remembered always. Flowers welcome or donations to Parkinson's UK.
