Passed away in hospital on the 21st January, aged 79 years.

Service to be held at St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium, on Tuesday 13th February at 2pm.

Will family and friends please meet at the chapel.

Family flowers only by request please. Donations, in lieu, to Help For Heroes.
