MariaROTHWELL(nee Mancuso), passed away peacefully at Holme Manor on July 27, aged 93 years. Widow of the late John, and much loved mum and grandma, she leaves behind daughter Giovanna and husband Tony, son-in-law Paul, husband of recently deceased daughter Sylvia, son Gian and wife Patricia, grandchildren Zoe, Ben, Dionne, Natalie, John and John, great-grandchildren Hannah, Kiara, Elise, Evan, Layla, Patrick, Aidan, Gracie, Maggie and Theo and great-great-grandchildren Leo and Esme. She also leaves a brother Elio and a sister in Italy, as well as numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews and friends. She was a brilliant mum and grandma and will be very sadly missed by all who knew her. Her funeral will take place on Tuesday, August 15 at Burnley Crematorium at 10.45am and all who knew her are welcome. Family flowers only but anyone wishing to make a donation, they can be left in her name with funeral directors Johnson, Durning and Woods (01706 214498) in support of Alzheimer’s UK.
