The members of Harmony Lincs Chorus were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Steve.

Steve was one of the early members of Harmony Lincs and played an important part in the chorus during those formative years. He was a well-liked and respected member of our singing family, generously giving his time, enthusiasm and talents and contributing in many ways to the life of the chorus.

Although Steve eventually moved on to sing with Grand Central Chorus, he remained fondly remembered by all of us at Harmony Lincs. We are grateful for the time we shared with him, the friendship he gave us and all that he contributed to the chorus in its early days.

A number of Harmony Lincs members will be attending Steve’s funeral and will have the privilege of singing as part of the service. It seems particularly fitting that we can honour Steve in this way — through the music that brought us together and that was such an important part of his life.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Steve’s family, friends and fellow singers at this very sad time.
