JohnROONANIt is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful death of John Roonan aged 92, on 8th February 2026 at the Comfort House Care Home in Newcastle.

Beloved husband of the late Dorothy, father of Mark and Nicky, and grandfather of Josie and the late Sam. Born in Maryport, and recently living in Jesmond, Newcastle, John was a force of nature and is now at peace with his beloved Dorothy.

A private cremation will be held.
