‘A true Melton character known to so many people. xxx. RIP Melon.

Funeral Service at St. John The Baptist RC Church, Thorpe End on Friday 13th June 2025 at 1:30pm followed by interment at Melton Mowbray Cemetery.

A reception will take place at The Melton Mowbray Royal British Legion Club following the service

The word Legand is v lightly used nowadays but it's a stand alone word in its own right n v fitting of it is Mel ... had some amazing times with him n he loved being my dancing partner ... I'm sure he'll be wearing a carpet out somewhere til I c him again in the 4th D x
