Service to take place in the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium on Friday April 10th at 1.00pm. Friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
No flowers please, any donations in lieu to the Alzheimer's Society. A donation box will be available at the crematorium chapel.
