Dymuna Hugh a'r teulu fynegi eu gwerthfawrogiad i bawb oedd wedi cysylltu i gydymdeimlo, eu cysur a'u cefnogaeth yn dilyn colli Nerys. Codwyd £1565 tuag at Ward Alaw, a gafodd ei dderbyn gyda diolch am rodd mor hael. Diolch hefyd i'r Parch. Nerys Ann Griffiths, ac i bawb fu'n rhan o'r trefniadau gwasanaeth yn yr Amlosgfa. Mae'r teulu oll yn ddiolchgar i Feddygfa Waunfawr am eu gofal tyner am Nerys dros 42 o flynyddoedd, ac i Mr Whittaker, ac i staff Ward Ludlow yn Ysbyty Gobowen tra bu hi yno yn glaf. Yn olaf, mae'r teulu yn awyddus mynegi eu diolch a'u gwerthfawrogiad i Jane a Dafydd o E W Pritchard, Llanberis am eu trefniadau hwylys a'u cefnogaeth calonnog.

Hugh and family would like to offer their sincere thanks to all those who made contact with them, in one form or another, offering sympathy, comfort and support, in their loss of a much-loved person. The sum of £1565 was raised, in donations towards Alaw Ward who were most grateful. Thank you to the Rev. Nerys Ann Griffiths and everyone who participated in a wonderful ceremony at the Crematorium. Thanks also to Waunfawr Surgery for their care of Nerys for over 42 years, and to Mr. Whittaker, including Ludlow Ward Staff at Gobowen Hospital, during her stay there. Last but not least, to Jane and Dafydd of E W Pritchard, Llanberis for their marvellous arrangements and support.
