ElfrynROBERTSROBERTS - ELFRYN, 7 September 2020. Peacefully in the presence of his family at his home 23 Llanfawr Close, Holyhead formerly of 11 Cae Rhos, Holyhead aged 81 years. Beloved husband of Maxine, loving father of Julie and Glenys, father in law of Wayne and Kevin, fond taid of Nathan, Ashleigh, Conor, Niamh and Ben and a dear brother and uncle. Funeral Monday, 14 September. Service at Preswylfa Chapel of Rest, Valley at 11.00 a.m. followed by interment at Maeshyfryd Cemetery, Holyhead. Family flowers only please, but donations gratefully accepted if desired towards Kidney Research UK and British Heart Foundation per Griffith Roberts & Son, Preswylfa, Valley. Tel (01407) 740 940.

Uncle Elfryn, thank you for making me laugh when I visited with the boys last month. Your sense of humour will stay with me. I am so very glad we were able to see you. I have such fond memories of visiting you, Aunty Maxine, Julie, and Glenys at Cae Rhos all those years ago. You will be missed. Love Jo xx

We first met Elfryn & Maxine when we moved to Cae Rhos in 1981. Elfryn was such a lovely, quiet man with a great depth of character and sense of humour. Our abiding memories are of Elfryn in his shorts and wellies, spade in hand, tending his garden. Our lives were enriched by knowing him. RIP Gareth & Audrey xxx
