Funeral service at The Church of St George on Friday, 24th July at 1.00pm prior to interment at St George Cemetery.
Family flowers only but donations if desired will be gratefully received by The Respiratory Support Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital and can be left on the offertory plate at Church.
