DoreenRILEYof Haslingden, passed away peacefully at Royal Blackburn on September 18, aged 88.
A much-loved wife of the late Leonard, and loving mother to Janet, David, Michael, Damion and Stephen, and to all her grandchildren: Ben, Joe, Kath, Hannah, Rachel, Domonic and Jacob and her greatgrandchildren: Kate, Luke, Leo, Beth, Josh, Max, Milly, Megan, Becky and Amelia. She also leaves her loving sister Brenda.
Doreen started her working life as a weaver, and then later she became a welfare assistant in local schools. Her retirement was spent enjoying time with her family.
Her funeral will take place on Tuesday, October 1 at St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church at 10am.
