JulieRIDDJulie passed away on 30th January 2024.

She will always be remembered by her dear mother Mavis, beloved husband Tony, loving children Sarah and Kim and by her grandchildren, Isabelle and Lily.

After working in the family shop, Scan Clogs, and Barclays Bank, Julie spent most of her life letting holiday properties and enjoying foreign adventures. She was a member of the Brixham community for over 50 years and was an unmistakeably lively part of many organisations such as the Yacht Club, and the local hash and bash running and cycling groups.

Family and friends are welcome to her funeral service, which will be held at Torquay Crematorium, on 23rd February at 10.30am.

In line with her personality, we welcome guests to wear bright clothes to celebrate her life.

No flowers required, however donations, if desired, for Brixham Does Care may be given online at www.stockmanandloram.co.uk/donations or cheques payable to the charity may be sent care of Vanessa Loram, Funeral Director at Stockman & Loram, 19 Holwell Road, Brixham TQ5 9NE

We cannot believe you are gone Julie. We loved seeing you and Tony at Stumpy’s Tap and Die bar in France and sharing food and the “odd”drink together, also the great stories you used to tell us. They were such fun time and we will miss them. RIP Julie and au revoir from Lips and Stumpy.

Such a shock to hear this very sad news. We've lost count of all the years we knew you both and all the fun times we enjoyed. Julie was always there with a friendly smile and always projected fun and happiness. In the times of the Cruising Section she was always one of the first to offer help and assistance to ensure our functions went well.
Rest in Peace Julie and our most sincere condolences to Tony and the girls.

We cannot believe we won't ever see you again Julie, share a meal, a beer, a gin or two, go walking in the gorgeous area you loved so much and were such a part of. Visiting your beautiful home will not be the same without you but visit we will, to raise a glass and share time with your undoubtedly heartbroken husband, Tony and your beautiful family. We will miss you so much.
In our thoughts and hearts forever,
