Not wanting to be a burden to anyone. God saw you tired and weary, He reached for your hand and led you home. You never looked for praises, never one to boast. Just went on living for the ones you loved the most. You were always our firm foundation through all our storms of life. A dad I could turn to when times were good or bad. There was nothing you wouldn't do for us. One of my greatest blessings, the man I called my Dad. All the happy, golden memories you have left me I will treasure and hold in my heart forever. I held you in my arms as you peacefully slipped away and I know Nicky was there waiting for you to take you to a better place.
