Hello Dave, happy birthday for yesterday. It's very cold at the moment, the older I get the colder I get . Kevin is over from Thailand today, think he is coming to visit in next few days.
Not much going on at the moment apart from work, although we had a short break in January for my birthday.
Still miss you & Alan. xxx Love Linda

Hi Dave, I mean't to send a message on your birthday. It's 1st March today, lovely & sunny , still very cold but I hope spring is finally starting to arrive. Mike & I have moved house now - we live in Wallingford, we've wanted to move for a long time but anyway we finally made it. I had a bad fall 4 months ago and although the fracture is healed I am in constant pain with arthritis in my wrist & thumb - unfortunately an age thing which will never go away now. Mike and I have been very busy sorting out the new house ( it's a park home). I'm still working as ever. Kevin has gone to live in Thailand now, not sure whether he will come back or not. Jay is going to the army for a year so perhaps they will rethink what they are doing once he has done that. Sister Pam & Gemma & Leo went out recently and looks like they had a good time going by all the photos. I miss mum a hell of a lot these days , dad as well but just wish I could have a chat with mum occasionally, especially when I feel down - she always lifted me up, made me laugh. Still miss you big brother, and Alan. xx Love Linda

Hi Dad.
Really frosty this morning here looks beautiful.
Went up Driesh yesterday a Munro in Angus,
It was a lovely day, loads of snow and very sunny.
Had a few days off over Christmas and New Year but now can't be bothered getting up on Monday !!!
Not been doing very much except working this year really.
Went to Poole end of October for 5 days and saw everyone so that was really nice.
Kev living in Thailand now.
Aunty Linda and Mike now live near cousin Pam so that will be better for them.
Aunty Pam works in a Co op type shop still.
Mike watches the football and takes the dog out.
Got bit stiff legs today so going to go for a short walk and will
try and not to fall in the ice.
Miss you loads x

Hi Dave, hello again on your birthday.Still miss you big brother and think of you often. I went to Thailand this year with Kev & family, had a wonderful time - would definitely like to go back ! I'm still working believe it or not at the grand age of 71 ! don't know what I'd do if I didn't and I enjoy it. We live in Leicestershire now but are thinking of moving back down South to Wallingford where Pam lives and Chris & Hayley. Mike has had couple ops recently for cataracts, that's gone really well and his eyesight is amazing compared to what it was. I don't think I told you about my cancer, had it twice now and still under the consultant but hey ho I'm still here to tell the tale.I wish we could all have a day together the five of us siblings. We would have a good old chat and laugh and laugh. I miss Alan a lot as well but I haven't found his name on here to leave a tribute nor dad's either. Mum is on here so I have a wee chat with her now and then. The older I get I think I look quite a lot like her, if I was half the person she was I'd be proud. Anyway I think that's it for now Dave, sending my love , xxxx Linda
