Hi Mum, it's a lovely bright day and it's Christmas. We going to Pam later for dinner. Hayley & Alex are in Japan. Kev & Kev are still in Thailand and Jay is enjoying the army life.
I would like to go back but Mike doesn't want to come and it doesn't seem fair to leave him on his own for maybe 3 weeks.
Still miss you mum, you and dad are never far from my thoughts. xxx Linda

We going to Pam later for dinner. Hayley has gone off travelling with Alex and they are in Japan now. Kevin & Keg are still in Thailand and Jay is enjoying being in the army.
I'd like to go to Thailand again been thinking about it a lot but Mike won't come with me and I don't think it's fair to leave him on his own. I just thought the other day we could sell our park home, buy a lovely apartment in Thailand with a swimming pool ! maybe one day. Miss you mum , you're never far from my thoughts xxx Love Linda

Hi Mum, happy birthday, it's a lovely bright day, sun shining.
I think it always seems to be sunny when it's your birthday. Not much happening here at the moment, to be honest I feel quite depressed with all the pain from my hand & wrist.
Mike & I are not getting on, don't know if it's me or him prob both. We been through a lot of stress with the move etc. Not sure how to handle it really, I'm 72 now, sometimes just can't be bothered with it all. Miss your humour mum, if I was able to phone you and moan about it all I know by the end of the conversation you would have got me laughing and cheered me up.

Hi Mum, it's 1st May today, dad's birthday. Can't believe he was actually born 101 years ago today !
We have been very busy sorting out the house, it needed a lot of work doing - still does but will get there in the end.It's a beautiful day today, very sunny. I'm going swimming later. I haven't been for months because of the fracture and arthritis but I'm determined to give it a go and today is the day I've picked. Later on I am meeting Pam for a wander around the town. I'm busy working as always don't think I'll ever give it up ! Kev is still in Thailand, I think he's enjoying it and Jay is going into the army for a year I think that's actually today ! Been texting Jackie and she said she might come down to Wallingford in the summer so that would be nice to see her. Hayley is going travelling with her boyfriend Alex , I think they leave in August. We will miss her a lot, because we have seen a lot of her since we moved down here. Her & Alex have helped us a lot with stuff that needed worked on.Going to get ready for swimming now, miss you as always Mum , lots of love Linda xxxxx

Lovely day here today
I was working this morning but now doing a bit of gardening and enjoying the sun
Really lovely out today
Aunty pam was at Loch Awe this week with her friend on a coach trip
A bit too far from here to see her
Pam , Gemma and Leo went to Thailand to see Kev last month
Neil was already there
So they all spent time together
Been on quite a few walks in the mountains which have been nice but chilly
I have a week off at end of April not exactly sure what to do yet
All the tourists have now started coming to the Distillery so getting busy now for the season
We have a cat called Melvo he has killed every mouse here for miles
He won't eat his cat food anymore as his belly is always full
He's a fool
I'm hoping to get back down to poole again in summer to see everyone
