Marian, we will always raise a glass to you whenever a Malbec is in reach. We are so lucky to have known you and laughed with you. We loved talking about travels, football and cricket and we will miss you greatly. With very much love, Matt and Tasha xxx

Marian and I became friends through my daughter Jane and Marian's daughter Gillian. We got tipsy at the Mells Fate on Rhubarb gin and decided we would go on holiday together. We did a Rhine cruise after the covid crisis and had a great time. She got everyone talking on our table and we all became close. Wherever we went we got involved with people even the guy running the entertainment . She was kind, warm and a good friend, I will miss her. Safe journey my love xxx

Marian, you were a twinkling tour de force of energy, humour, determination and love. Your strong sense of duty and commitment to those around you brought people together and helped them connect with each other. You made me laugh and you were always, without fail, kind. I loved our chats and was always grateful for your honest, straight talking attitude to life . You did such an amazing job as a mum and a grandma as well as being a great friend to my mum. We will all miss you very, very much, Jane xxxx
