Loving uncle, great-uncle and treasured friend who will be missed by many. A service to celebrate Frank's life will be held at Torquay Crematorium on Wednesday 24th May at 1.20pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in aid of Rowcroft Hospice, in memory of Frank, can be given at the retiring collection.
