JeanRANSLEYMrs Jean Ransley of Bollington died on April 25th, 16 months after her beloved husband David. After retiring from teaching English and Music at Westwood School in Leek, Jean, a keen singer, devoted her energy to music and the arts, particularly supporting the Bollington Arts Centre in all its ventures. The funeral will take place at 12 noon on Thursday May 23rd at St Oswald's Church, Bollington. No flowers please but donations in Jean's memory can be made to Bollington Arts Centre.
