This Christmas was different, last year it seemed to pass by in numbness as it was so close to when you passed
As promised I made the best of it all without you but you left such a massive gap in our lives
No dressing up as an Elf, no daft jokes and nights out. No present swaps , a fave of yours lol
No morning present opening , no cuddles but I know you’re with me and I cherish that xx love you always , Arnje xx

A year already - still loved and missed
Just not the same without you ya dafty

It’s coming round to that time where we lost you and I can’t say it’s easier because it’s not
Just you being there , nothing special , just looking across and seeing you there enjoying a nap
Having someone to laugh with over stupid stuff
Anyway hun , I’m looking after the two poorly dogs and can hear you in my head giving me instructions on what to do
All four still miss you , as do I xx

We missed you on the 13th , would have been your 65th birthday
We had a drink for you and we laughed at memories and talked about how much we missed you
Lots of people cared as they sent messages as they knew it would be a hard day for me
Not a day goes by where I don’t mention your name , you’re probably having a laugh somewhere that I still don’t shurrup lol
