Much loved daughter of Richard and Margaret.

Tania will be deeply missed by all her family and many friends.

A funeral service will take place at Torquay Crematorium on Thursday 24th October at 11.30am.

Family flowers only, donations if desired are for The Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, which may be given by retiring collection, online at www.kjlackfuneralservice.co.uk or sent to
