Devoted partner to Edith and loving "Dad" to Sally, Cherished brother to Andy and Maureen. Loved Uncle of Alex, Proud Grandad to Dan, Jodi, Keira, Lily, Caleb and Darci and Great Grandad to Raya.
Patrick will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 21st March at 10.00am. Family Floral tributes only please by request and any kind donations to Patrick's memory to the AMU at Royal Stoke University Hospital.
